BERUFSKOLLEG AM HASPEL in Germay is a technical vocational school of secondary education. The focus lies on Eletronic Science, Civil Science, Computer Science and Chemistry. Wuppertal is an industrial city and about 15% of students have a migration background, mainly from Turkey. This social and educational difference leads to tension between students of different national backgrounds. Using ICT is compulsory for all students at all levels at school, for school work and projects and for a better interaction among students and teachers. This school has just decided to establish MOODLE as a communication platform.
